The Moon in June festival was much different from the Harvest Moon festival. I'll tell you some of the things that were different: The boy's and girl's bathrooms were different. The boys said "Guys" and the girls said "Gals." And also Lynn and Richard slept in a tent and were part of the campout! And it was much hotter so it felt better in the swimming hole. There was a huge swing over the swimming hole and also we did panning for gold and we found lots. And there was also painting rocks which was pretty fun too. And we also made clay models.

And there was tons of delicious food just like the Harvest Moon. There were campfires at night that we got to roast marshmallows on, and we roasted other things like crackers, and other good foods. There were cakes and tomatoes and there was spaghetti and fruit salad and there was a good kind of meat 'filet mignon' and French toast for breakfast in the morning with tons of maple syrup on it. And there was Sees candies too. We played hide-and-go-seek in the woods at night so it was harder since it was dark.
